JXME - Project JXTA for J2ME

Project JXTA (stands for Project Juxtapose) is an open network programming platform to enable P2P services and applications. The purpose of project JXTA for J2ME (JXME) is to provide JXTA compatible functionalities on constrained devices using CLDC and MIDP 2.0. Using JXTA for J2ME, any MIDP device is able to participate in P2P activities with other MIDP devices. At the same time, a MIDP device is able to participate, with some restrictions, in P2P activities with JXTA peers running on desktops/workstations/servers.
